Safety Study of Denosumab in Subjects With Recurrent or Unresectable Giant Cell Tumour of Bone (Amgen) – an open-label, multi-centre, phase II study of denosumab, a RANK ligand inhibitor, aiming to assess the safety profile of the drug, and to assess how many patients can limb or joint-sparing surgery for treatment of their giant cell tumour.
